BUILT TOLAST.
A specialist manufacturer at the intersection of Austrian precision engineering and Central Asian industrial ambition.
AN IDEA REGISTEREDAS FACT.
Gayur Pack LLC was formally registered on February 14, 2019, by founder Akbar Asadullo — an entrepreneur with an uncommon conviction: that Tajikistan's construction and agricultural industries deserved a domestic source of premium-grade polypropylene packaging, rather than continuing to import it from distant suppliers at unpredictable cost.
The concept was not a small one. To compete on quality with established manufacturers in Turkey or China, the factory would need to be built around the world's best equipment. Starlinger of Vienna was the only decision that made sense — and so the investment was committed before concrete had been poured.

THE PRESIDENTCUT THE RIBBON.
On 16 December 2020, Gayur Pack's factory opened its doors in the presence of President Emomali Rahmon. The opening was not ceremonial in the hollow sense — the production lines were live. Bags were being woven, laminated, and printed as guests walked the factory floor.
The moment marked the completion of a construction and installation programme that had run through some of the most disrupted supply-chain conditions in recent memory. Seven Starlinger machines, a 12,000 m² production building, and a full workforce of 400+ specialist operators — commissioned and running on a single day.

100+ MILLION BAGSA YEAR.
Today Gayur Pack operates at full rated capacity — more than 100 million polypropylene woven bags produced annually across its integrated six-stage production cycle. Cement bags, plaster bags, tile adhesive bags, and food-and-chemical packaging leave the facility and enter supply chains across Tajikistan and the region.
The factory continues to run the same Starlinger suite installed at launch: seven machines, zero compromise. Every order is produced to exact specification. Every batch is tested in the in-house quality control laboratory before it ships.

PRINCIPLES
NOT SLOGANS.
Precision Over Volume
We don't chase quantity at the expense of dimensional accuracy or material consistency. Every specification exists to be held, not approximated.
Austrian Technology
Starlinger has defined the benchmark in PP woven bag manufacturing since the 1970s. We made a deliberate choice to build around the best — and we haven't deviated from it.
Domestic Industrial Value
Gayur Pack was founded to serve Tajikistan's construction and agricultural sectors with a locally produced, regionally competitive alternative to imported packaging.
Full-Cycle Accountability
From raw polymer to finished, palletised bale — every stage happens under one roof, under one management structure. There is no subcontracting, no outsourced quality risk.

PART OF
GAYUR GROUP.
Gayur Pack is a subsidiary of Gayur Group — a Dushanbe-based holding company operating across multiple industrial and commercial sectors in Tajikistan. The Group's strategy has long favoured vertical integration: building the capability domestically rather than importing it.
Gayur Pack represents the Group's commitment to manufacturing excellence. The decision to equip the factory to international standards — Starlinger machinery, in-house QC, specialist-trained workforce — was a deliberate statement about what domestic production can achieve.
